The Monthly Subscription Private Messaging Service works as an ongoing daily* chat where we message each other to comment on progress, concerns and solutions. Although not a realtime service we are likely to be online together sometimes and be able to live chat. Mostly we reply and respond accordingly as and when we can.

60 minutes of one-to-one dedicated therapy
